They provide industry endorsed and accredited training that can be tailored to suit both trainee and employer needs.
Traineeships are a workplace based training program, usually combining on-the-job training with off-the-job school or college based study. Some traineeships can be delivered entirely on the job i.e. Office Administration, with the help of a training plan and with assessments by a qualified Registered Training Organisation (RTO). A trainee enters into a formal training contract with their employer for the duration of the traineeship. Traineeships are nationally recognised. When a trainee successfully completes the traineeship, they receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Proficiency and a Statement of subjects completed from the Registered Training Organisation attended. There are various levels of Traineeships available. Please click here for more information. |
